Our Origin Story

At the core of everything I do, I desire to do it to the fullest: serve others.
I've been blessed with opportunities to grow and learn, especially in IT. I started my IT journey on a 3-man team supporting a public school district with approximately 4,000 students and staff members. Beginning as an entry-level technician, I saw teachers and students face-to-face and learned why a reliable network and proper IT support are essential. I learned how the disruption of day-to-day processes can impact not only a person using technology (teacher) but also others they may be responsible for (students).
I continued my IT journey and later became the district's IT Director. The district transitioned to a 1:1 model (a device for each student) my first year as director. My time in that position was probably the most fruitful season of growth in my professional career. I learned much more about how to provide support. I learned the importance of having proper documentation, streamlined processes, good communication, adequate resources, and, most importantly... the right team. How to identify team players and their core strengths.
A New Adventure
Next, I had an opportunity to join an extraordinary team at a local Internet Service Provider, which provides fiber services to over 4,000 subscribers, including enterprise businesses. Unfortunately, this new season was almost immediately accompanied by sudden, unexpected variables. Although there was a rough season, lessons were still to be learned. Fortunately, challenges foster growth.
My role at this ISP has given me glimpses and insight into other IT environments and awareness of potential needs and opportunities to help local businesses.
With recent shifts in the market and increased demand for IT services, I want to do my part to work towards building something that supports people and businesses in a field that is commonly misunderstood and shorthanded. I want to build a business that demonstrates a passion for professional development for its team members and a heart to serve others through its services.
